Golden-cheeked Warbler Hike at Querencia

  • Querencia Wimberley, TX (map)

Join us for a beautiful spring hike at Querencia, a conservation easement property in Hays County. This will be a moderate to difficult hike of about 2 miles, led by Conservation Director Stephen Ramirez. The hike will be focused on the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler, a striking songbird that nests exclusively in the Texas Hill Country.

Because this event is taking place on private property, we are limiting the number of people to 20 (not including children). We will send directions to the property in your confirmation email after you register. We're expecting lots of birds by sight and sound, so bring binoculars if you have them! We have ten pairs for guests who need them. Please no dogs. Children are free!

Cancellations and Refunds

If your plans change, please let us know by emailing Valeria Bridgewater at valeria@texaslandconservancy.org at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we kindly ask that you consider your registration a donation, as it may be difficult for us to fill your spot on short notice. Thank you for understanding!
